HOW TO START A PURE WATER/SACHET WATER PRODUCTION BUSINESS IN Ghana
1. A GOOD LOCATION
You would need a special place to site your Sachet water factory.
However, if you have enough space in your house, you can simply carve out a place to be used specially for your pure water business but if you don’t, you would have to purchase a land and construct a factory.
You don’t need any elaborate building; a small bungalow with few rooms should be sufficient.
However, it is important that the place is kept in good and hygienic conditions.
2. SOURCE OF WATER
Water is your raw material here. You would need constant source to clean water.
Although some pure water manufacturers make use of wells and other sources of water supply, this is not advisable.

Hence, you need a very solid water purification system.
There are several water purification methods such as distillation, reverse osmosis, Carbon filtration, Ultra-violet light filtration system and several others.
You need to study each method carefully and select the most suitable for you.
However, Ultra-Violet light filtration and Reverse Osmosis are the most commonly used water filtration systems in Ghana.
5. SEALING MACHINE
You would also need a good sealing machine for your factory.
