Ramsey Nouah was born in Lagos, Nigeria, to an Israeli Jewish father and a Yoruba mother from Owo in Ondo State. However, he grew up in Surulere, Lagos, where he received his early education. He attended Atara Primary School and later enrolled at Community Grammar School for his secondary education. After completing his secondary education, Ramsey Nouah gained admission to the prestigious University of Lagos, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications.
Ramsey Nouah discovered his passion for acting at a young age when he needed money for his General Certificate Education (GCE).
