In 1990, he worked with Norman Holdings Limited where he served as the Group General Manager and he left in 1997.
In the same 1997, he founded the Royal Group company – a company dedicated to covering hospitality, information and communication technology (ICT), as well as manufacturing, oil and gas sectors.
As a spiritual leader, Pastor Umo Eno serves as the General Overseer of All Actions Christian Ministry Int’l.
From 2004 to 2007, Pastor Umo Eno worked in various positions such as holding the position of the Chairman of the Akwa Ibom Hotels and Tourism Board.
Besides running his enterprise, Umo Eno is a two-time Paul Haris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Eket District 9140.
Also, he is the Honourable Commissioner for lands and water resources in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
