David Apseloff has extensive experience as a chief financial officer in private and public companies. For the past twenty years he has served as chief financial officer of middle market private equity backed companies, many of which were highly leverage and facing business challenges.

Mr David Apseloff has worked with many top private equity firms, who have hired him on numerous engagements.

David Apseloff has served as chief financial officer with companies of various sizes in many different industries, including manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas and healthcare. Most of these companies operated in more than one location, state and/or country.

Mr. Apseloff was responsible for planning and executing key acquisitions and divestitures of businesses, restructuring credit agreements and implementing enterprise wide business management systems.

Mr. Apseloff currently serves as a consultant, board member, operating partner and investor in middle market private equity backed companies.

Mr. Apseloff most recent successful engagement was as chief financial officer of Agro Merchants Group, a $425 million refrigerated warehouse and transportation business with over 50 facilities in North America, Europe and South America.

Agro’s 220 million cubic feet of refrigeration warehouse space made it the fifth largest global refrigerated warehouse company. He became chief financial officer of Agro after executing a sale of Nordic Cold Storage to Agro in October 2015. Prior to Agro/Nordic Mr. Apseloff served as CFO of Gray Wireline, a $150 million oil and gas services business with eighteen facilities in seven states.

Mr. Apseloff played a key role in restructuring the business and executing a successful sale of the business. Other experience includes chief financial officer of a $200 million distributor of accessories to the RV aftermarket, a $300 million healthcare services company, and a $140 million manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders with facilities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Germany and Brazil
