A Nigerian comedian, scriptwriter, and video producer, Mark Angel (born 27 May 1991) is best known for the Mark Angel Comedy series of shorts on YouTube, often featuring child comedians such as his cousin, Emmanuella Samuel, his niece, and her cousin Aunty Success Madubuike.
This particular channel is not only the first African comedy channel to reach one million subscribers, but the only African comedy channel to have accomplished this so far.

About Mark Angel Lifestyle
In 1991, a boy by the name of Angel was born in the city of Port Harcourt in Rivers State, Nigeria. He attended Obafemi Awolowo University to study medicine, but left for family reasons.
After graduating, he studied cinematography in India and had time in Nigeria getting experience in cinematography and theater. However, he could not find steady-paying work in Nollywood, the Nigerian film industry.
In 2013, he began independent filmmaking under his studio, Mechanic Pictures. He is a supporter of Chelsea FC.
Career and Achivement
Mark Angel Comedy was presented with a plaque by YouTube for achieving one million subscribers in 2017. It was the first Nigerian-based YouTube channel to do so.
During COVID-19 Samuel ( Member of Mark Angel Comedy) announced that he was attached to an upcoming Disney film. And during the filming, Ofego released a video, Lockdown, which used archived footage to show Samuel in the footage.
