Everything You Need To Know About Ishaya Bako ( A Nigerian Filmmaker)
Ishaya Bako is a Nigerian film director, writer, producer, and Screenwriter. He was born in December 1986 in Kaduna State, Nigeria. He had his tertiary education in Kaduna and later moved to London, where he studied at Covenant University, London Film school.
Ishaya Bako Acting Career
After he completed his education at a London film school, Ishaya Bako relocated back to Nigeria to contribute to the Nigerian movie industry. In 2010 he scripted and directed Braids on a Bald Head this movie was a hit earning him Africa Movie Academy Award. The movie was also screened at the Cambridge film festival and the Clermont – Ferrand International film festival in France in February 2011.
In November 2012 he released a documentary” Fuelling fuel”, this documentary narrates the activities of the Occupy Nigeria movement when it is was at its climax in 2012 this documentary feature special appearance from The Nobel laureate winner, Wole Soyinka, Seun Kuti, Desmond Eliot, Femi Falana, Nasar Ahmad El – Rufai, this documentary won the Best Documentary Award at the 9th Africa Movie Academy Awards.

On October 30th, 2006, Ishaya Bako has involved in a Ghastly motor accident, he survived the incident. Currently, He is not married and has no kid.
