Mack is a former soldier who went to a town with a nuclear power station after the war, where almost everyone works. He lives there in peace until a team of mercenaries led by Ron raid the reactor and kidnap everyone, including a group of schoolchildren on a field trip. Mack is now in a race against time, and he must utilize his military experience to overcome Ron before the reactor melts down. Along the way, he finds Ron’s motivation, which leads to the discovery of a larger mystery that Mack’s village is concealing.
