The National Chiayi University is pleased to provided a full tuition fee waiver and credit fees along with an allowance of NT8,000 – NT10,000 to students who want to study for a degree program at the Institution.
National Chiayi University (hereafter NCYU or the University) encourages outstanding international postgraduate students enrolled at the University to promote internationalization.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must be new international postgraduate students.
- Applicants must submit scores of the following language proficiency tests:
- TOCEL – Level 2
- TOEFL ITP – 457
- TOEFL IBT – 47
- IELTS – 4
- TOEIC – 550
