
60 Nigerians Evacuated From Ukraine Tested Positive For COVID-19 – NCDC
Sixty evacuees have been found positive for COVID-19 after being evacuated from Ukraine.
On Tuesday, March 8, 2022, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this statement publicly known
Following a test on Monday, March 7, 60 of the returnees tested positive for the deadly virus, according to the NCDC
The returnees were among the 68 instances reported for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Tuesday, while the country had 118 cases of COVID-19 infections, according to the agency.
NCDC said: “68 cases reported for FCT for 7th March 2022; 60 of the cases are returnees from Ukraine.”
