Chidinma pleads ‘not guilty’ to Super TV CEO Usifo Ataga’s murder

A 300 level mass communication, student of the University of Lagos, (UNILAG), “Chidinma Ojukwu”, who reportedly said to have murdered the C.E.O of Super tv, “Usifo Ataga” has pleaded not guilty to the charge levelled against her.

On Tuesday, Chidinma Ojukwu, the 22 year old suspect, pleaded not Guilty to the crime, alongisde her accomplice Adedapo Quadri.

The two suspects, were arraigned, before Justice “Yetunde Adesanya” of the Lagos State High Court sitting at the Tafawa Balewa Square.

According to Reports gathered, they both pleaded not guilty, to eight counts of charges labeled against them, which includes; murder, stealing and Forgery.

Adedapo Quadri, was arraigned alongside Chidinma’s sister, from whom the murdered victim phone was recovered.

Chioma, however, pleaded not guilty to the 9th count of being in possession of the stolen property.

They are being prosecuted by the Lagos State Department of Public (DPP) Prosecution, Mrs Olayinka Adeyemi.
